Changes to my study program
Some changes that would be good for my program of study are to add more diversity in the types of courses we take, add more field and lab work, new authors, studies and gender perspectives. In addition, the length of the course should be shortened, or planned according to real statistics on how long it takes students to finish the career. Also, the academic load should be better organized and, in turn, decreased, since the current academic load does not leave time for students to pursue other activities or hobbies, which can lead to mental health problems.
On the other hand, the faculty (FACSO) must improve its buildings, which compared to the Beauchef faculty are far behind in terms of infrastructure, space, and facilities. The faculty should add more green and recreational places, as well as laboratories and more classrooms. Unfortunately, I say this from my memories of the only time I went to college in person. Regarding the use of technology, I think they should implement more devices and conduct courses to learn how to use the technological skills, whether basic and/or specific, of the career.
Finally, with respect to teaching methods, I believe that some teachers have a lot to change and improve, such as conducting classes without hierarchies, where all participants are respected. They should also apply more dynamic teaching methods, since I personally find it hard to concentrate, even more so when classes are always the same. Another thing they should change is the vision they have when teaching, where the important thing should be to learn and not to have high grades.

I agree with you. Especially with the teaching method, which should be more focused on learning than on grades.
